Delphi Systems, a small growing IT service company in Lethbridge specializing in the SMB market is looking for an entry level computer technician / systems administrator.
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience with Windows & SBS Server 2000/2003/2008
- Experience with Windows XP/Vista/7
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy
- Experience with Exchange 2003/2007
- Experience with TCPIP Networking
Skills/Experience Preferred
- A+ certification preferred
- Experience with Smartphone support (Blackberry, iphone, windows mobile)
- Basic experience with Mac OS X
- Basic experience with Blackberry Enterprise server
- Basic experience with Printer maintenance and repair
Responsibilities
- Remote and on-site Technical Support for new and existing clients
- Internal systems support
- Existing and new client projects
- Some after hours on call service (emergencies only) (non-business hours)
- Prospecting and securing new client opportunities
Employee Requirements
- Must have valid clean class 5 license and your own reliable transportation.
- Self motivated problem solver – need to be able to find/research solutions without the help of others.
- Management/Leadership qualities
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent English – spoken and written
- Must follow written procedures
